Hee-Haw Farms
We found a cute little pumpkin patch in the area to pick our pumpkins from this year. I was hoping to go a week or two before we went (Which was 2 days before Halloween), but having the flu kind of put a damper on that.
So we went a bit late, and unfortunately ran into bad weather, and a pretty picked over pumpkin patch. Oh well, we still had a great time, and there were so many activities to do, we didn't get a chance to get to half of them before we got poured on...(Hey we're not in Washington, what's up with the rain?!)

Goodbye Arizona!
We've moved! So this is just a tad late, but things have been so busy with the move, then all of us being sick that I just haven't had the time to update everyone. Some of you know, but for those who don't we moved to Utah! It's a long story, but it's a good move for us for now. The jobs worked out (My company is letting me work from home which has been AMAZING!), and it's so nice to be closer to family. It was a little lonely in AZ without any family there.
To this ridiculous picture all I have to say is GOOD RIDDANCE!!!
But to pictures like this, I will miss you!
We had a great 5.5 years in AZ. We have some awesome friends whom we miss dearly, and had some great times. We owned our own business, had multiple jobs and gained a lot of experience, owned a few houses, had our first child, etc.... there are some great memories there. However, overall, I am a Washington girl at heart, and I could just not do the weather for the rest of my life! My children need to be able to go outside and not roast! So, we are excited to be in Utah. It's already getting chilly here, but Hudson loves to go outside and play, and we are excited for the Winter. We already have a snowsuit for Hudson, and think he will enjoy playing in the snow. Our phone numbers are still the same, and if you would like our new address you can e-mail me at naomi.shuldberg@yahoo.com.
Here's to new adventures in Utah!

Alki Beach
I mentioned I was behind in blogging right?
For the 4th of July my mom surprised us and flew us up to Seattle for the long weekend. We were able to do quite a few things with friends, and one of them was going to Seattle to hang out with my friend Stephanie from high school who I have not seen in YEARS! She and her boyfriend live right by Alki Beach, so we went down there to have lunch and walk around. I have no idea why I did not take pictures of all of us together, but here are a few of Hudson walking on the beach which he absolutely loved. He was a little weirded out by the sand at first, but then loved running around in it, and playing in the water (Once he realized the water was FREEZING he didn't love it as much!). He was a total disaster when we got him back in the car and had to strip him down to his diaper because of all the sand, and we were washing sand out of his hair for days! It was such a beautiful day, and I forget how nice it is to be so close to the Puget Sound. It was such a fun day, and I especially enjoyed catching up with a good friend.

Memorial Day in Pine Arizona
I have some major catching up to do...so this is all the way back from May...and hopefully I will soon be caught up to present day.
Our friends Tyson and Bethany invited to go up to Bethany's Grandparent's cabin in Pine, Arizona for Memorial Day. We gladly accepted since it was a GREAT excuse to escape the heat. We had a great time eating good food, playing tons of games, and watching Hudson run around the yard like a mad man! This literally was the first time since he has been walking that he could run around OUTSIDE in GRASS, and not DIE from heatstroke! I think you can tell from the pictures that this kid had a blast! He would fall, face plant, trip, etc...and get right back up dirty face and all, and keep running around....it was hilarious!

We left the sun of Arizona for the holidays for THIS??!!!
The Northwest had a terrible winter this year. It was very uncharacteristic, and I don't remember a winter that snowy and cold since I was in elementary school. It was however, beautiful and of course I had to take a few snapshots. I can't decide what I like better, when your in it, you hate the snow, but in Arizona it never feels like Christmas cause it's too warm.....oh well....if only I could be a snowbird.

Washington the beautiful....
Every time I take pictures of the scenery in Washington, or think to myself how beautiful Washington is, I always think of my dear friend Kaleb. You see Kaleb is from Utah, and though I do agree Utah has some beautiful scenery, I always try and tell him nothing compares to Washington, and he can't deny it until he sees it for himself.
When I first moved to Utah I would frequently complain about it, and say how much I missed the water, mountains, and TREES in Washington! So after that, whenever Washington got brought up, he would always say, "Oh the beautiful green state!", or "Well nothing compares to the beautiful green state!"....anything along those lines, you get the idea.
So I have a few pictures that I have taken recently that I wanted to post, but I felt I needed to explain the background so you would understand why I am dedicating this post to Kaleb....may these pictures bring you great emotion because you have never seen anything more beautiful in all your life. (Other than your wife and kids)
This is taken at the same location in Hansville just looking a different direction
